Free Admission - Everyone Welcome Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm MacKenzie Art Gallery, 3475 Albert St, Regina
This workshop incorporates clay heart models, stethoscopes and somatic movement to sense the internal motion and sound of the heart. Through a process of increasing awareness of the heart muscle, mobilizing the spine and moving in varying relationships to gravity we explore fluid movement and physical strength.
