About This Class:
This mat-based series will challenge strength and stability through the core and peripheral muscles while adding flexibility and suppleness to the body. Previous experience not required.
Krista Solheim is an independent dance artist, movement teacher and STOTT PILATES® certified instructor based in Regina, SK. She completed a BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University in 1998 and has taught a variety of movement classes across Canada over the past 20 years. Krista has dedicated her life to research of movement in the body through dance and a range of somatic practices. Krista brings physical awareness, her somatic experience and the excitement of movement to the classes she leads.
