Somatic Dance Technique with Caitlin Coflin

These classes will use the principles and practice of Bartenieff Fundamentals to deepen the individual’s embodiment and sense of self. Participants will explore concepts such as weight sensing, breath support, and development movement patterning to find ease of movement and whole-body connectivity. Each class will be done primarily on the floor, gradually building to moving easily through space.
