Through exercises to release, realign and restore, participants will learn how to slow down, bring awareness and connect to their own body. If you are new to the work, please contact the instructor for guidance.
Advanced
This class is designed for those who have a strong foundation in Mitzvah Technique and Itcush Method and those who seek to refine Self Maintenance exercises.
