Estelle has been practising yoga for over 20 years and is a certified teacher since 2019. She did her teacher training at Yoga Mala, in Regina. She has had the opportunity to explore different kinds of yoga throughout the years including meditation, kundalini, ashtanga, vinyasa and hatha yoga. She considers yoga as a way of living and being in the world. In her practise, she focuses on movement exploration and fluidity as well as the cultivation of the mind to attain increased feeling of well-being and a stronger presence in everyday life.
