We train through task-based movement projects and organized sequences of repeatable action both with and without music. It’s perfect for movers and shakers, and can be scaled (try the first 45 mins) for folks recovering from injury, or wanting a lighter impact class. Image rich and sensation lush, the vibe of this class is fun-work.
